The Library provides access to search your entire Account from a single place, create Folders for managing assets and move content between Projects, Playlists and Folders.  

A Folder is a group of assets that are shared for download purposes. If you have permission to create Folders, you will see the New Folder button in the Folders section. Drag and drop content on the right into your Folders on the left. You can also move content between Projects and Playlists in the same manner.  

To grant someone access to a Folder, select a Folder and then click the Permissions button. Doing so will send a link granting the recipient access to download all assets contained within the Folder.
